What is included with my membership?

You get access to unlimited classes, including virtual, in person and on-demand. You also get 10% off our retail, a one-on-one with our registered dietitian Nicole, a VIP call with Mary Cate & Tricia, discounts to local businesses and access to all of our events.

What happens if I need to cancel class?

Since we only have a limited amount of spots in class for in person or outside spin, we do ask that you cancel within 8 hours in order to avoid a $15 late charge. For non-spin outside and virtual classes, there is no late charge since there are more spots available. We do understand emergencies happen, so if you happen to need to cancel within 8 hours, please email.

What happens if I have a friend or family member interested in joining Remix?

We love referrals! In fact, we’ve created an amazing referral program that’s a win-win for both you and your friend or family member. Whenever you refer someone and they join Remix, you earn 2 free weeks or a $50 credit to your account after your referral’s second month.

You said you are increasing the prices? Does my membership price increase?

No! Whatever price you received for your membership is locked in for you as long as you are a member of Remix. If you do cancel, however, if prices are increased, you will no longer be able to get that price again.

What are the differences between the three membership options?

There are three membership options. The more months you commit, the more you save. There’s a 12 month contract, a 6 month contract and a month-to-month option as well.

What are the terms of my membership?

Membership are on auto-renew. Your membership will auto-renew at the end of 6 or 12 months unless you email us you’d like to cancel with a minimum of 30 days.

I am injured, can I place my membership on hold?

We want you to know that we want you here, mixing it up with us at Remix. If you become injured or sick, we understand the importance of rest. Please email your request along with a doctor’s note for up to 2 months maximum with a $15 hold fee for back office expenses.
